Our History

A firm founded on excellence

Since 1973, Harbi Law Firm has been supporting individuals and businesses in resolving their disputes and defending their interests, both in advisory and litigation matters.

Our approach is based on three essential principles: listening to understand your needs and priorities, rigour to analyse each case with precision and strategy, and transparency to clearly inform you about your rights, options and associated costs.

Our team, composed of 2 partners and about ten associates, provides complementary expertise covering all areas of law.

Mr. Mohsen Harbi

Barrister at the Court of Cassation

Over 50 years of experience in various areas of law. Qualified to plead before the highest court of the Tunisian judicial system: the Court of Cassation.

Professor at the Higher Institute of Law in 2019. His deep expertise in property, real estate and insurance law makes him a reference in these fields.

Barrister at the Tunis Bar

Barrister since 2020 with a solid academic background. Holds two Master's degrees: Private Law and Criminal Sciences, Tax Law and Administrative Litigation.

Professor in commercial law and civil liability. Member of the Executive Board of the Tunisian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry. International experience.
